I’m a people-focused business leader with 10+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, workforce development, marketing, and operations.
As Owner Operator of The UPS Store in Greenville, MS since 2019, I lead full-cycle HR (recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management) while driving operational improvements and consistent year-over-year growth.
