To fully access the Platform, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Job Listings
Employers posting job listings on the Platform agree that all listings will be accurate, lawful, and compliant with applicable Thai and international employment laws. You are solely responsible for the content of your listings. Visa Job Club reserves the right to remove any listing deemed inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate.
3. Job Applications
Job seekers agree to provide accurate and truthful information in their profiles and application materials. Visa Job Club is not responsible for the hiring decisions of employers using the Platform. We do not guarantee the outcome of any application or the authenticity of any job listing, and we encourage all users to conduct their own due diligence.
4. User Content
The Platform allows you to post content including resumes, profiles, and job listings ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant Visa Job Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair its functionality. Prohibited activities include:
- Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profiles
- Harassing, intimidating, or threatening other users
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
- Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to collect data from the Platform
- Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

7. Modifications to the Platform
