About
My name is Gaia Geria, I have obtained both my Bachelor's degree (at DAMS, Roma Tre University) and my Master’s degree (at IULM University in Milan) in Cinema, Television, and New Media.
From my early studies, I have always been passionate about cinema, television, the music industry, and everything related to new media — in particular, the world of social media and advertising. During my academic and professional journey, I have developed and refined my skills in these
areas.
I completed an internship at the Museo alla Scala and at Avanzi Sostenibilità e Azioni, where I was responsible for creating video content for their social media channels, managing their website using the Spin&Go and Wordpress backend, and designing brochures for events. I also managed their mailing list using “Brevo” and “Mailchimp”.
Alongside this, I have continued to nurture my passion for video editing, working on projects both professionally — such as my collaboration with Progetto Happiness — and personally. My YouTube channel, which also serves as my portfolio (https://www.youtube.com/@GaiaGeria/videos), features a selection of these projects, created over the years for university and personal initiatives. I am also available to showcase some strategic content I have developed for social media.
On the technical side, I have excellent command of editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and CapCut, as well as Photoshop and Audition for audio editing.
I am also proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Canva for creating presentations and graphic-visual materials.
Regarding languages, I am native Italian, I speak English at a C1 level, Spanish at a B1 level, and I am studying Thai.
I consider myself a creative, curious, and determined person with a strong hands-on attitude, always ready to take on new challenges and learn new things. I believe these qualities, combined with my passion for media and communication, make me an ideal candidate for roles related to the
production and management of digital content.
