We are currently seeking an experienced Elementary ELL (English Language Learner) Teacher to join our dynamic team. This position involves working with elementary/primary school students to support their English language development while integrating them into the broader classroom community.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field (required)
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience, preferably with ELL or ESL students at the elementary level
- Strong knowledge of Common Core standards and ability to implement them effectively for diverse learners
- Experience designing differentiated lesson plans tailored to varying levels of English proficiency
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to use assessment tools to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
